COMMISSION T.O.S.

→ I have the right to decline a commission, especially if it goes against my terms of service.
→ Payment via PAYPAL only
→ You can pay either before or once I have done the sketch.
→ You will have 72 hours to send payment after approving the sketch. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. Communicate with me if you need more time.
→ Commissions with no longer be refundable once I get past the sketching phase.
→ You must be able to communicate well with me during the commission process. Poor communication slows down the commission process.
→ Do not use my work for merchandise!
→ Provide digital reference sheets of your characters
→ You have the right to use your commission for personal use. (Profile pictures, wallpapers, icons, etc. As long as it isn’t used for commercial use or you claim that you made the artwork.
→ DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFT, CRYPTOCURRENCY, ETC.
→ DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK TO TRAIN AI

PROCESS

1] → Contact me via email, Instagram or Discord. Let me know what type of commission you would like plus a reference sheet of the character you would like me to draw.
2] → I should answer your request within 48 hours. I will then send you a link to my PayPal to pay. (You don’t have to pay right away. Not until I let you know that I am starting your commission.)
3] → I will then add you to my commission queue. I will not start sketching your commission until the commission prior to yours is finished. You can see what place your are in my checking out my Trello. (Click ‘Commission Queue’ above)
4] → Once it is your turn in the queue, I will start sketching out your commission. I will send you the completed sketch and you are free to suggest any changes that need to be made. Once you approve the final sketch, you then have 72 hours to send the money. (Failure to do so will result in cancellation. Communicate with me if you need more time.)
5] → I should get your commission done within a week and you can ask for updates whenever you’d like. I will usually give updates of the commission after lining, coloring, etc.
6] → When I have completed your commission, I will email you an HD quality image and a version with a transparent background. I can add a watermarked version of your commission to your characters gallery on Toyhouse if you’d like me too.
7] → I usually post my latest artwork on social media. Let me know if you would not want me to post your commission on my social media.

→ Fetishes
→ Humans
→ Hate Speech [homophobia, transphobia, racism, fatphobia, etc.]
→ Religious messages
→ Cultural Appropriation [feathers behind the ear as an accessory for example]
→ Use of alcohol, vapes, cigarettes, drugs, etc.
→ Machinery/Vehicles
→ Mechanics & Tech.
→ Building/Cityscapes
→ Problematic Symbols
→ Basically, won’t draw anything that I am uncomfortable with.

ADOPT T.O.S.

→ Must have Toyhouse to purchase one of my designs.
→ Do not resell my designs for more than the original price you bought them unless they have extra artwork.
→ Once you have purchased my design, you can make small tweaks to the design but do not completely change the design.
→ Do not sell/trade a design of mine to a blacklisted user.
→ Do not use my designs for breedables/breeding charts.
→ You can use my designs for roleplays, OC lore, etc.
